Grand Blvd. Airbnb

This beautiful Detroit home, renovated by my clients for a Airbnb and boutique events presented a unique challenge of me needing to design a front landscape that could function as a residential landscape for resale and also as a boutique ceremony/event space for their rental business. I brought the brick work out into the yard to help integrate the home and landscape as well as platform and frame the beautiful front entrance, creating a more grand frontage and entrance. I spec’d a sand washed concrete walk with decorative diamond patterns cut for a cost effective/elegant front walk solution.

The gardens will be full of wildflowers, bulbs and perennials for a very floral display. I hope to also get some wisteria growing up onto the home itself. There is a gallery walk on the side of the house that I will show here once more of it is built and we are currently working on designing the back yard which includes a semi-attached garage.
